Improve opportunities to participate in toolchain database
At the moment there is the possibility to contribute a new tool or issues via forms in the NocoDB. But this is not very transparent and changes cannot be tracked. An alternative would be to do this entirely in Gitlab, for example via a json file. The data from the json file could be visualized on the website. Martin already made some experiments with json and visualisation.
