Create Grid View for small cards

For the OpenLab Hamburg website there is supposed to be a grid view of articles/events/news – which we currently don't have in this UI library. We've used a grid view like this in the Interfacer project, so we need to transfer/adapt the grid view from the Interfacer page to this UI library.

Subtasks:

• Create a new Card component that looks like the Interfacer Cards
• Create a GridView for these cards
