feat: add new story, herosection, herobox styling

created a new story (provisionally called "startpage" in organisms), changed styling in hero section and hero box (md and lg have set height of 500px, that reverts to 60vh when xl). when inspected with responsive dimensions in dev tools, the hero box doesn't collapse with floating header and the height in larger viewports has not changed from the original design.
