Find a good place for the Development Breakdown documents

Value Proposition

GANTT and the Development Matrix @Adam-Dyne and I developed need a good place.

Resources/Notes:

• current snapshots
  • Development Breakdown Sheets
  • GANTT.svg
• ask WP1 if they have an intended location

Acceptance Criteria

• polish the source and tooling for the GANTT so that it can be updated
• link to them on https://wiki.fabcity.hamburg/interfacer-project
