Keep track of Slack <-> Element Bridge fix

Value Proposition

We agreed with the FabCity Foundation (FCF) to evaluate the element<>slack bridging for our internal commuications with the plans to use this for wider networks and existing communities in the future.

Sadly there is a technical problem but it's beeing worked on. As soon as it's fixed and a new version of element available, we should revisit this ASAP.

1. Have a version of Element where the problem is fixed
2. Have a fix for slack->matrix message delivery
3. Establish a first bridge with FCF

Very sad to report that while the initial bug is fixed and a bridge can be established now, using the bleeding-edge version (develop.element.io), it only works in one direction (from element to slack).

I just tried again with my test bridge and now also see messages from slack on the element side!

Contacting Tomas next to try the setup again.
