Ligeia Paletti is currently a research associate at the DLR Institute of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul and conducts research focusing on the implementation of circular economy strategies in the air transportation system. She is also doing her doctorate on this topic at the University of Patras in Greece. In addition to her academic work, she is a member of the Board of Directors of the Aethos Foundation. Ligeia graduated in Aerospace Engineering at Politecnico di Milano and her background is in aerospace structures and materials. In the academic world, she worked as a lecturer at Inholland University of Applied Sciences - Faculty of Aeronautical Engineering in the Netherlands.
Victor Büchner is Consultant & Business Development Manager at Impact Hub Hamburg. He is globally committed to the Cradle to Cradle principle and impact entrepreneurship through lectures and initiatives. From 2018 to the present day, he has worked on various circular product developments and founded the non-profit C2C consultancy Holy Shit together with Prof. Dr. Michael Braungart. In 2020, he co-developed the biodegradable corona mask VivaMask, among other things, and has since been supporting founders in an advisory capacity on their path to Cradle to Cradle product development.
Anna Crovetto founded the start-up upcycled beauty two years ago. The B2B company produces raw materials for cosmetic products from leftovers such as grain from beer production.

Katja Ellwart is a trained men's tailor, has been designing and selling her own slow fashion collections for many years and has been running the fashion label Homie Upcycling since 2020.
