+Das Wort **"Toloka/Толока"** steht für eine traditionelle Form der Solidaritätsbekundung durch materielle Unterstützung in der Ukraine. In diesem Sinne nutzt das Tolocar-Projekt mobile Makerspaces, die mit Werkzeugen, Open-Source-Hardware-Maschinen und Verbrauchsmaterialien ausgestattet sind, um humanitäre Aktivitäten in der Ukraine zu unterstützen. Verschiedene Partner arbeiten in unterschiedlichen Projekten wie Wiederaufbau und Renovierung, offene Produktion, Wissenstransfer und Innovation zusammen, um die Gemeinschaft in der Ukraine zu stärken.
+Deutsche und ukrainische Partner haben mit Unterstützung der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) gemeinsam das Tolocar-Projekt ins Leben gerufen. Ziel des Projekts ist es, sowohl die Nothilfemaßnahmen als auch die Entwicklung eines partizipativen Innovationsökosystems für den sozioökonomischen Wiederaufbau der Ukraine zu unterstützen.
+Mit einer Flotte mobiler Makerspaces bringt Tolocar die Expertisen aus den Bereichen Produktion, dezentrale Fertigung und Stadtplanung mit zivilgesellschaftlichen Organisationen in der Ukraine zusammen:
+
+▶ Nutzung der digitalen Innovationskapazitäten der Ukraine zur Deckung des dringenden humanitären Bedarfs  
+▶ Stärkung dezentraler Produktionssysteme an Partnerstandorten, wie z. B. vertriebene Unternehmen, Makerspaces oder Gemeinschaftswerkstätten  
+▶ Unterstützung sowohl neuer als auch bestehender stationärer Makerspaces  
+▶ Entwicklung der Kapazitäten von ukrainischen Maker:innen und Makerspace-Managern/Managerinnen  
+▶ Ausweitung der Reichweite ukrainischer Maker:innen, indem sie mit nationalen, regionalen und globalen Maker-Netzwerken verbunden werden

+The word «Toloka/Толока» stands for a traditional way of showing solidarity through the provision of physical support in Ukraine. With that in mind, the Tolocar project uses mobile makerspaces equipped with tools, open source hardware machines and consumables to support humanitarian activities in Ukraine. Various partners work together in different projects like reconstruction & renovation, open production, knowledge transfer and innovation to strenghten the community of Ukraine.
+German and Ukrainian partners with support from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) co-created the Tolocar project. The goal of the project is to support both the emergency relief activities, and the development of a participatory innovation ecosystem for the socio-economic recovery of Ukraine.
+With a fleet of mobile makerspaces at its core, Tolocar brings together experts from the fields of making, distributed manufacturing, and urban planning with civil society organizations in Ukraine to:
+
+▶ Harness Ukraine's digital innovation capacity to meet urgent humanitarian needs  
+▶ Strengthen decentralized production systems at partner locations, such as displaced businesses, makerspaces or community workshops  
+▶ Support both new and existing stationary makerspaces  
+▶ Develop the capacities of Ukrainian makers and makerspace managers  
+▶ Expand the reach of Ukrainian makers by connecting them to national, regional, and global maker networks
