Uploading an Open Source Documentation to the Design Platform of Fab City OS
User Story
Product Designers need a process to upload their Products (a Git Repo of any kind of a OSH Documentation) into the Fab City OS (the "Design Platform" as we call the Part of FCOS right now) so the data will be saved, secured, ... inside of Fab City OS to it becomes accessible via the FC OS Api for others (like manufactuers, Sales, etc.).

I can imagine supporting similar things like git, for example mercurial, but projects relying on zip files and (cloud-)folders only ... I do not even care supporting them, as they are also likely to fade away (get lost) and show many other kinds of problems. One can also make a read-only git mirror of a mercurial repo, or transfer all zip files of the releases of a project into a git history (I have a script for that).
It might not be the original source of the project then, but in some way it should always be possible with git.

What I hope is possible when we have made some progress in Task 4.1 that based on the standard we can generate the material automatically that is required by the design platform. Please note that this is a research project, so we don't know how to do that yet. Indeed it is closely related to #19 because the standard helps in automation.
